What Happened

The client requested to start an envelope, but the server cannot start the envelope. To start an envelope:

  • The envelope’s status must be draft.
  • The envelope must have at least one document.
  • The envelope must have at least one recipient.
The response includes a detail property with more information about this error.

How to Fix

Ensure that the envelope has not already started (it should be in draft status) and that at least one document and one recipient have been added to it.
