Invalid Qualified Places

What Happened

On an envelope with a qualified signer, a recipient other than the first has a place other than signature or initials, such as a text input, checkbox, dropdown, or recipient name, email or date place. Every qualified signature covers the document as it stands at that signer’s turn, so all input must be in place before the first qualified signature.

How to Fix

• Assign input places to the first recipient in the recipients array, for example a preparer.
• Later recipients, including approvers and preparers, can only have signature or initials places.
