What Happened

An envelope with a qualified signer uses parallel routing. Qualified signatures are applied one after another, so the envelope needs a fixed signing order.

The response includes a detail property that explains which rule the envelope breaks.

How to Fix

Set routing to sequential explicitly. When you leave it out, your account’s default routing applies.
