What Happened

The client attempted to create a password-protected deliverable, but deliverable encryption is not enabled on this account. This feature must be activated by support before it can be used.

The response includes a detail property with more information about this error.

How to Fix

Contact support@signatureapi.com to enable deliverable encryption on your account.
Once enabled, retry the request. See Deliverable Password Protection for usage details.
