If you uploaded a temporary file (using the /v1/files endpoint), make sure it was uploaded as binary and not multipart.
If you provided the URL, ensure that you can download the file from the URL and open it correctly.
If the DOCX file was created with software other than Microsoft Word (like Google Docs or LibreOffice), open it in Microsoft Word and save it again. If you don’t have Microsoft Word, contact support for help.
