Invalid Places

What Happened

One or more places reference placeholders that do not exist in the document, and the places do not have fixed position coordinates either. Every place must be positioned using either a placeholder in the document text or explicit fixed position coordinates.

How to Fix

• Add the corresponding placeholder text to the document so the place can be positioned automatically.
• Alternatively, add fixed position coordinates (page, x, y) to the place to position it explicitly.
