Incompatible Places

What Happened

A non-signer recipient has been assigned a place type that only signer recipients can use. Signature and initials place types are reserved exclusively for recipients of type signer.

How to Fix

• Only assign signature and initials place types to recipients whose type is signer.
• Other recipient types (such as approver or preparer) cannot have signature or initials places.
• Review the Recipient Object documentation to confirm each recipient’s type.
• If the recipient needs to sign, update their type to signer.
