What Happened
The requested resource exists and the API key is valid, but the API key does not have permission to access it.How to Fix
- If you are using multiple accounts, ensure the API key corresponds to the correct account where the resource is located.
- Verify you are not using a test API key to access a resource that belongs to a different account. For test/live mode mismatches, see Test/Live Mode Error.
