The uploaded file has expired and is no longer available. Files uploaded through the Uploads resource are temporary and expire after a set period if they are not used.
How to Fix
- Upload the file again using the Uploads resource to get a new upload ID.
- Use the new upload ID in your request promptly, before it expires.
- Ensure your workflow uploads files and references them within the expiration window.
