Qualified Signing Worker Not Connected

What Happened

You created or sent a live envelope with a qualified signer, but no active signing worker is connected for live mode. Live qualified signatures are created by your own signing worker.

The response includes a detail property that explains which rule the envelope breaks.

How to Fix

Connect your worker for live mode in the Dashboard under Settings › Developers › Qualified Signatures. See Connect a signing worker and Go live.
If your live worker shows Disabled, SignatureAPI disabled it. Contact support to change it.
To try qualified signatures without a worker, create the envelope in test mode. The SignatureAPI sandbox worker signs test envelopes.
