Cannot Resend

Error

What Happened

The client requested to resend the request email to a recipient, but the server cannot process the resend. To resend the request email:

  • The recipient’s status must be sent or soft_bounced.
  • The envelope’s status must be in_progress.
The response includes a detail property with more information about this error.

How to Fix

Recipients that have hard_bounced cannot be resent the request email. We recommend that you replace them with a new one instead.
