Delete Template Conflict

What Happened

The envelope template you attempted to delete has been versioned and can no longer be deleted. Only the initial version (version 0) of an envelope template can be deleted.

How to Fix

  • Verify that the envelope template is at version 0 before attempting to delete it.
  • Templates that have been versioned (version 1 or higher) cannot be deleted. Consider archiving the template instead if it is no longer needed.
