What Happened
Each document within an envelope must have a unique key. The request included a document with a key that is already in use by another document in the same envelope.
How to Fix
- Use a unique key for each document in the envelope.
- Check the existing documents in the envelope to identify which keys are already in use.
- Update the duplicate key to a different, unique value before resubmitting the request.
