What Happened
SignatureAPI was unable to download the file from the URL provided in the request. The URL may be inaccessible, expired, or the file may no longer exist at that location.
How to Fix
- Verify the URL is correct and publicly accessible.
- Check that the file still exists at the specified URL.
- If the URL is time-limited (such as a pre-signed URL), ensure it has not expired and generate a new one if needed.
- Consider using the Uploads resource to upload the file directly instead of providing a URL.
