Error

What Happened

The server could not convert the DOCX document to PDF. This can happen when the document contains unsupported formatting, corrupted content, or features that cannot be converted.

The response includes a detail property with more information about this error.

How to Fix

  • Open the DOCX file in Microsoft Word and save it again. This can resolve issues caused by other editors (Google Docs, LibreOffice) that produce slightly different DOCX formats.
  • Remove or simplify complex formatting elements such as embedded objects, macros, or ActiveX controls.
  • If the document was created with software other than Microsoft Word, try exporting it as PDF before uploading and use the PDF directly instead of the DOCX template.
  • If the issue persists, contact support with the document attached.
