- What counts as an envelope?
- Only completed envelopes, signed by all recipients, are counted for billing purposes.
- Am I charged by document or recipient?
- No, we don't charge by document or recipient. For example, if an envelope contains 2 documents and is sent to 3 recipients for signing, it counts as one envelope.
- How am I charged at the end of each month?
- At the end of the month, you'll be charged a fixed fee of either $100 or $1,000, plus an additional fee of $0.25 or $0.10 for each extra envelope, based on your plan.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay.
- Is there a long-term contract?
- No, you can cancel whenever you want. There are no minimum terms.
- How can I cancel my account?
- You can cancel your account from the settings section of the Dashboard in a matter of seconds.
- Will signers need to create an account to sign?
- No, recipients do not need to create an account to sign documents. They can sign online from any desktop or mobile device.
- Can I try before I subscribe?
- Yes, you can create a free test account and use it for as long as you want.
- Are SignatureAPI electronic signatures legally binding?
- Yes, electronic signatures from SignatureAPI are legally binding under the ESIGN Act and similar regulations, providing the same legal standing as ink signatures on paper.
