Power Automate Connector Is Generally Available

The SignatureAPI connector for Microsoft Power Automate is now certified and production-ready.

The SignatureAPI connector for Microsoft Power Automate is now generally available. After a preview period spent listening to customer feedback and shipping stability and performance improvements, the connector is certified by Microsoft and fully supported for production workloads.

What You Can Build

The connector exposes SignatureAPI’s core capabilities as Power Automate actions and triggers, so you can add electronic signatures to any flow without writing code. Create envelopes, add recipients, attach documents or templates, place signature, initials, text input, and date fields, and react to envelope and recipient events as they happen.

Common patterns include collecting form data through Microsoft Forms or Power Apps and routing it into a signed agreement, generating envelopes from new SharePoint list items or Dataverse rows, bulk-sending from Excel, and saving completed deliverables back into SharePoint or OneDrive.

Getting Started

To connect Power Automate to SignatureAPI, create a test API key in the dashboard, add a connection in Power Automate using that key, and build your first flow. Test envelopes are free, do not send emails to recipients, and are not legally binding, which makes them ideal for development. When you are ready to go live, add a payment method, generate a live API key, and create a second connection named something like SignatureAPI Live.

No action is required for existing users. Your flows continue to work without changes.
