SignatureAPI now supports envelope branding, letting you configure logos, accent colors, and email footers directly on each envelope. Branding is defined per envelope, which means different products, brands, or customers inside the same account can each present their own identity to recipients without spinning up separate integrations.
What You Can Brand
Branding applies to the recipient-facing surfaces where your customers interact with SignatureAPI on your behalf:
- The signing ceremony interface, including logo and accent color.
- Transactional emails such as signing requests and envelope completion notices.
- Email footers, for adding your own contact details or legal text.
How It Fits In
Branding is set on the envelope at creation time, so you can tailor it dynamically based on who is sending or receiving the documents. Existing workflows continue to function without modification: if you don’t set branding, envelopes use the account defaults. We also updated our email templates to better support custom branding, so logos and accent colors render cleanly across email clients.
